Hot and cold therapy does not have to be expensive or complicated to work.
While I have some of the exotic devices available, here is the one that I like the best. You get a wrap that attaches by Velcro to the part of your body that needs heat or cold. A gel pad that goes into the freezer or microwave is attached by Velcro. Once you put it on you squeeze a simple pressure ball to add compression. Now that is easy to use with no electric pumps or water chambers to fill.

If you need the back brace with inserts your insurance may even cover the product.
